Advising » Web Advising Form for Spring 2010
You can use the form below as a means of contacting your advisor to get a hold lifted. Before working on this form, please complete a check sheet/progress form. Printed copies are also available from Ms. Wells in 763C FPAT. This form allows you to see your progress in the program and requirements that you need to complete. Note that in individual cases requirements may vary so verify the requirements with your advisor. Also bring this form for an advising session when you see your advisor. You must have any holds placed on your account lifted before you can register for classes.
- Please fill out the following form and submit it when completed.
- List the classes you plan to take in the Spring 2010 term. Check boxes are listed for common CS courses. Use the text box for other classes, such as electives or university studies.
- Please be very careful about entering your email—if it is wrong you will not receive confirmation and it will be difficult to get in touch with you.
- In selecting classes, make sure they are offered in the specific semester in which you're interested and check if they fit to your schedule— check with the DUS what courses will be offered next term. Check footnotes for courses followed with an asterisk. Crossed courses are not offered in this coming term. Occasionally, some courses may be cancelled if there is no sufficient interest or there are changes of instructors.
- Reminder: the min 2.5 GPA for the Engineering standing is required.
- Reminder: 6 hours of Free Electives (areas: non-CS, non-Engr, non-Science, non-Math) are required for graduation.
